Sheetal Shah

Sheetal is responsible for Upside Foods’ manufacturing, supply chain, and strategic sourcing for cell feed and other critical inputs that will reduce costs and enable scale. Sheetal also oversees UPSIDE’s production facilities – including its Engineering, Production & Innovation Center (EPIC), and future larger-scale commercial facilities and quality functions. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and previously held critical roles at Impossible Foods, Google, Motorola, and Verifone.
